difficulties with on-line reservations?

Anyone else having difficulty with the online reservation system? We've been trying to book our vacation online through Disney's official website for the past two days. All works out fine until we get to the last step when I get a picture of Stitch and it says "Someone ate the page." Have tried through different computers and different browsers with no luck. Just trying to figure out if we're doing something wrong.

I have contacted tech support several times, as I can't book reservations or buy tickets. They had me try the same things (different browsers, incognito windows, etc...) also with no luck. They put in a support ticket and on 1/9 I got an email essentially saying they were doing some "major magical enhancements" to the site and the function should be restored by that weekend. I am guessing they missed their mark because I still can't book reservations or buy tickets online. I have to call to get anything done for a while longer it seems.

I've never been able to book online. I run into a weird issue with it processing my credit card (Disney visa). I use the online system to compare prices and make my final decision, then I just call and the cast member takes care of it all. That is also handy when we had a specific room request, I was able to add it on that call. We took three trips in the last 1.5 years, and this was the case with booking the resort every time.

I have also been getting Stitch on many pages, including my itinerary and dining. I've cleared my history and sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't. I have noticed that I have not had Stitch come up if I use the mobile version of MDE on my smartphone. Maybe that is worth a try if you have one?

I was having problems with on line check in and called. After clearing my browser and realizing that was not the problem, it was noticed that my dh was listed on our reservation/family and friend list under two different spelled names. Once the CM corrected that we were able to check in on line.

I, too, have been having great difficulty with the online resort availability and reservations pages for the past few days. Very frustrating.

Try using Firefox. All of my issues like Stitch showing up eating the page are in Chrome.

I always call for reservations. I hate dealing with the WDW website, unless it's to pay off a trip. Ironically, thats the one feature I can't do at the moment.

I still can't access the WDW website. This is day 3 for me. Ugh. Iam using Safari and my son also tried going in on his iPhone...no dice. Sigh...All I get is Stitch saying the page got eaten.

Apparently Stitch is getting fat and happy in Chrome. Only some of the functions work for me in that browser. However, in Windows Edge I'm able to use all the functions in MDE. I also noticed this morning that the 'Make a payment' option is finally back (although I haven't used the link yet, so don't know if it actually works).
