Difficult to buy VGC now?

Has it become a seller's market now for VGC since DVC won't be wait listing for VGC now? Should we now jump on any listing ASAP (if the price is at least fairly reasonable)?

VGC will always be in short supply due to the resorts size, there are only 60 units if I remember correctly.

It's hovered around the same price for quite awhile and I wouldn't expect it to drastically change without some other reason. The waitlist was already so long that more people would have been looking resale I'd suspect.

It took us a year to get our 3 resales contracts at VGC, worth the wait

We ended up making an offer and it was accepted. 200 points for $25K. I don't think it was too bad of a deal....
