Difficult PS choices?

Well, I've finally decided which PS I want to make! I can't make them until Sept, but I'm wondering if any of them will be difficult to get if I call at 7 am to the day. Should I have back up plans? Suggestions?

Dinner-San Angel Inn
Breakfast-Kona cafe
Dinner-Ohana (am thinking of eating before Wishes & watching from Poly beach)
Dinner-SciFi
Breakfast-Ohana (we're staying at the Poly)
Dinner-Fulton's
Dinner-Cape May Cafe

I doubt whether you will have any trouble getting your first pick on any of those you list at that time of year.
We go in late june/early july and I even get the first pick of all my PSs for a 10 day period when I call the first day of eligibility. Maybe have to take one 10 minutes later...but no big deal even during peak season.
I'd make one suggestion: do San Angel at lunch and try to get a dinner at Le Cellier or Biergarten. San Angel is ok, but it's nothing special like the other two. (IMO)
