Different room keys-Different credit cards

I know there are other threads recently talking about charging to your room key or using credit cards in the parks, but it brought up a question in my mind and I thought I'd have a better chance of getting an answer if I started a new thread.

I will be travelling with 2 friends this October and staying at ASMo. Now, the 2 friends are married to each other and they have their money and I have my own money, do you see where this is leading? We are staying in the same room. Can I use my credit card assigned to my room key, while they have theirs assigned to their two room keys, even though it's the same room? Or can you only have one card assigned to one room, no matter how many keys you have?

I'm almost postitive that you can only have one credit card on the room account. When my sister and I went together last year, only one of us could have a credit card to be charged. However, when the "report" comes saying what was charged, it differentiates between which charges were made on which room key card.

Only one Credit card per room account. As stated above each card is coded so you know whose card charged what.

Thanks, that's what I suspected. No big deal. I'll carry my debit/credit card (or both) and I'll let my friends put their card on the room keys, since there are two of them and only one of me.

You can only have one cc on rm keys but you can go up to desk and request certain charges be applied to another cc which they will run at that time.

For example lets say you all have friends cc on room key you can go up to front desk and say I'd like charges from rm key number #### charged to this card and hand them your card.

AHHHH.... so when I go in Sept. with my mom we could still put my credit card on the room, and both charge on it? Then, the bill will be itemized with what her card bought so that she could pay me back??

Sounds like there can only be one card for charging privileges. Make sure your KTTW card does NOT have charging privileges on it, that way there's no mistaking which of you charged what during your stay, even if charges are sorted. Just use your debit card.

That's exactly what my sister and I did last June, so unless anything has changed you're all set.
