Different Price (Phone v. Internet)

I just called to check about a discount in the end of November, was told there was none, and then priced out a 10 day trip 11/30-12/9. The price I was given on the phone is $476 cheaper than what I find for the same trip on line. I had him save it and e-mail the quote to me. I have tried every change on-line (different dining, tickets, etc.) and can't come up with the CM price.

I'm certainly not complaining about saving $500. I just am curious to see what the quote says/how it is different from what we want.

Has anyone had a similar experience??

Just got the e-mail and found the mistake. Despite verifying the ages of my kids he left my daughter as a 2 year old (free) even though she will be 3 by the time of the trip. Too bad. I'll keep hoping for a real discount that lets me bring my whole family.
