I see a lot of brides choosing different flavors for each tier of their wedding cakes. I was just wondering why? It never occurred to me to do this or that it was done so often. Do you give your guest a choice of which type they want?
We chose to have different layers for different layers to give our guests a choice. My husband and I love chocolate, and a few of our guests don't like it. I was disappointed that they (servers) didn't offer our guests the choice, but if I would have reminded them to they would have. They did get to take leftovers home with them, and they had the choice then.
