We are staying at our home resort next fall for the F & W festival and THINKING of inviting my inl-laws. My father in law has mobility and health issues and I am wondering the differeces between the handicapped and regular 2 brs.

They apparently vary a little from Villa to Villa. In our two bedroom at BWVs:

The second bedroom only had a roll in shower. Shower head on a hose and a seat.
The shower in the master bath was roll in. Shower head on a hose and a seat.
We didn't have the "bar" on the outside of the kitchen
The microwave was on the counter.
The second bedroom was missing a closet (but had a warddrobe to compensate)
The second bedroom had no counter space in the bath.
The kitchen counters were low
There was no cupboard doors under the sink to hide trash.

Things I didn't notice but have been told may have existed:

Lower light fixtures
Lower bed

We noticed that the area was a little larger at BWV. I guess it was to move around in a wheelchair. We get a handicapped at OKW but it is a GV. I have not stayed in a 2 bedroom handicapped at OKW. I know the one at BWV was next to the elevator but I don't know if that was on purpose or not.
