Do you mean like when Free Dining is offered or which resorts qualify? In general, I think the resorts stay the same, but the timing varies.

When free dining takes place. I know there might be a few changes, but I'm hoping the timing stays similar since it appears the UK's offer is a good chunk of the yr.
