Difference Between Value and Regular at AKV?

Okay, so I am sitting here making myself sick looking at points charts for Animal Kingdom Villas and realized I don't know the answer to this:

What is the difference between a value and a standard view?

Is it room size, location, view? If it is room size, does anyone know what the square footage is in a value studio and a value one-bedroom?

Value is a room size - 316 sq ft studio as opposed to 365 sq ft for all other studios including standard and savanna view; 629 sq ft 1BR as opposed to 710 sq ft for others. I have seen both sizes and those are very noticeable and significant differences in size; to my sight check, the value looks very cramped. Standard is a view and has the regular room sizes. Standard view at Jambo is of the pool. Value view can be parking lot, pool, or sunset savanna.

Thanks so much for the information! I can't imagine a 316 studio -- that's almost the size of a moderate hotel room, and they have a lot less furniture to fit in!
