Here's the breakdown:

$12.99 - Solid Colors

$22.99 - "Open Edition" Graphics (will be made indefinitely, like Ariel, or other super popular characters)

$27.99 - "Limited Release" Graphics (no set number made, but won't be around forever, probably no more than a year. Think Zootopia, or runDisney 2016, or other short-term marketing ideas)

$32.99 - "Limited Edition" Graphics (set amount, like 2500. Comes in a special box. Band makes turnstiles and/or FP+ touch points light up with special sounds and colors depending on the band. Usually only available for special events or holidays, like Valentine's Day or Flower & Garden Festival)

Some "Limited Release" and "Limited Edition" bands can become quite valuable if still in Link-It Later mode and unopened a few years down the road. Some bands from 2014 now sell for $100+ EACH on eBay.
