Difference between handicap accessible and regular room at WBC

I rented a week at Wyndham Bonnet Creek for our upcoming trip. The owner has requested the final payment, but has advised me that we can take a 2 bedroom presidential on the 11th floor with lake/pool view, but it is a handicap accessible unit. What can I expect in terms of difference between a standard Presidential Unit and a handicap accessible Presidential unit?
