Diet ? smoothie/drinks

I would like to lose 58lbs.
Most of my weight is in my mid section. I feel bloated and get constipated. A year ago i had a colonoscpy and my Dr. told me to eat soft foods for one day, then the nextday just fruits and veggies, the 3rd day only smoothies and the 4thday the yucky stuff for the colonoscpy. For doing that special diet she would give me the 1/2 gallon of that mixture drink instead of the full version.

The veggies and smoothies made me go nicely to the bathroom. I would like to clean out my stomach with a smoothie, fruit, veggie diet only. Then once i'm cleaned out and detoxed my tummy from all the junk i've been eating, then eat salads, veggies, fruits more like a vegetarian type diet, then introduce chicken and fish.

To many carbs make me feel horrible after awhile and thats how i'm feeling now.

My question is ....is there a right way to do this? What can i use for the smoothies?
-is can pineapple juice ok?
-i can make fresh orange juice with my lil juicer for oranges and lemons
I've also hear waster with lemon is good first thing in the morning.

any tips

Well i had my first smoothie today.
- strawberries
-banana
-pomagranite juice

it was good. I feel my tummy losen up a lil but still need more

Next one will be
-fresh pineapple
-fresh squeezed orange juice
-banana

I bought some blueberries whats a good mix of fruit for that
 
I would highly suggest adding some veggie juices (carrot juice goes well with most fruits, as does cucumber and celery). You are consuming a lot of sugar with all of that fruit juice. Have you considered adding any yogurt to these juices for some protein?

IMHO, almost anything goes good with blueberries.... strawberries especially, also mango and kiwi.

Are you using a juicer or a blender? Blender will give you much more fiber, which is obviously what you are aiming for. Juicer takes away all of that healthy fiber, but some people like the texture better.

Hello. Good idea about adding veggies. I wasnt able to do a smoothie fast like i wanted. Its been a busier weekend than excpected. Adding the 2 soothies a day did help with my bowel movements.
I'm usuing a ninja I bought from wal mart for $30, not sure if i can blend the carrots up really good but its worth a shot. Hopefully in the summer i can do it 100%

what about adding nuts? Would that be protein?
