Didn't really know where to post this....FL Tours

Just got back from Disney today, with no help whatsoever from Fl Tours. I made a reservation with them several weeks ago, confirmed this reservation over the phone with them. Today, when they were supposed to pick me up at AKL....NO SHOW!! I called them when the car was about 10 minutes late. They said they would call me back...which they did in about 5 minutes...and get this...the reason they didn't show is that the driver had shown up at 4:00 AM, not at 6:15 AM, the time listed on my reservation, and the time I confirmed with them on a follow up phone call. Their attitude was quite unfriendly as they told me "the driver said it was a 4:00 AM pickup"!!! I asked what my reservation stated and he said it didn't matter, that is what his driver told him!!! Well anyway, needless to say I will never use them again. Just wanted to give everyone who used them a heads up to make sure that they know what time to get you and hope that their drivers agree!

Wow, that stinks. You would think that they'd be eager for the business with all of the business they've lost to ME. I would suggest that you post this on the Transportation section of the board too so others there will see it. Hope you had a good trip (other than this fiasco).

Boy that does stink. How did you get to the airport! Are you going to write a letter to the company to complain? The owner might not be happy with their staff when they learn about this situation and that his co.'s poor customer service is being communicated to what is it, 80 thousand folks? Pehaps they will somehow make it up to you.

We were not very happy with our experience with FL tours either. We arrived on time at MCO, I had to call to find out where our driver was, which I originally was told he would be right there. he wasn't. I called back, I was told, he parked and is coming up the steps. Another lie, 10 minutes later , he gets there. Makes some lame excuse, that they are always late due to claiming bags and such. Thats not what I was told originally when the reservation was made.
On our return, they showed, but I felt like I was getting driven around in Jamaica. If anyone has ever been there, they know what I mean.
