Didn't need to make this discovery

We had a big Christmas meal around 2pm today. So I'm just looking for some munchies around the house tonight and stumble on to a cannister of some holiday tin that DW has purchased from some non-profit organization(Scouts?). It has a wrapper that says carmel coated poprcorn, so I'm expecting something akin to Cracker Jack. I open it to discover a cracker jack like product that is DIPPED IN CHOCOLATE I'm thinking: That doesn't look very good. One bite... OMG I didn't even need to know that existed

OMG, I have that VERY SAME TIN downstairs!!! It was from the scouts.... I had to put it in the cellar so I wouldn't eat it!!! It was GOOD.....

As the Mom of an Eagle Scout - yup - I can attest that it's Trail's End Chocolate Carmel Corn and is sinfully yummy!!

(and pricey, too - $15.00 for that tin!!)

As a Mom of a Cub Scout and a Boy Scout, we sell the same thing in our Council; it is called Mud puddles.. Chocolate carmel corn... way to delicious... My Fav..

I also know exactly what you are talking about. It is just wonderful and DH loves it as well. Not only did we buy some during the sale, after it was all over, our troop had some cans left and yes, we bought two more. I will be glad when they are gone and out of the house. Thank goodness it only comes once a year .
