Did your candidate win???

Did your candidate win?

  • Yes my candidate won our riding.

  • No, my candidate did not win.

  • I did not vote...so I can't complain for the next 4 years.

  • There was an election??? I must live under a rock.

Results are only viewable after voting.

I don't want to really know how you voted, just if your vote contributed to a win or not...

I'm pretty sure my candidate did not win but at least I voted...Now I have the right to bi*** for the next 4 years...LOL::yes::

Same here... I'm almost certain that my candidate didn't win.

If you voted you gave funding to your canidate's party, something like 1.40 per vote. So your vote counts no matter who wins.

Thank you to all who take the time to vote.::yes:: You help to make our government better.

It's official...my candidate lost. It's was predicted to go this way so I was not surprised.

I did not know about the $$$ for all the votes...I guess it pays to do your part.:wave2:

Yes! He won by a fairly large margin. I hope the percentage of voters is up this year.

According to CTV News, the Liberal candidate won in our riding... ugh!:crazy2:

There are quite a few ridings like Danforth and Newmarket-Aurora that are pretty close.

They're projecting that it will be a Liberal Minority government. I know many of you will be disappointed, but hopefully our new government will be able to move on from here in a positive direction. We all want the best Canada it can be!! :)

Maybe we can do this all over again next year!! :faint:

It was a tight race but my guy finally pulled away and won by only 1% over his closest rival.

Our candidate lost by less than 200 votes. It's been said more than once that a candidate can win or lose by two votes per poll. We worked hard though and hopefully next time we will get that one vote for poll.

Congratulations to everyone who worked hard no matter what the outcome was in your area.

My candidate did not win.....

and now I am :worried: and :scared: about the  who did !!

To all of us whose candidates didn't win, we need a :grouphug: and a :drinking1 and a :mickeybar !

My candidate did not win, but I really wasn't expecting him to anyways. But, I think with the minority government, there will be another election, I bet in 6 months. My father was a little more generous and said 8 months.
I think with the PC's and Liberals fighting the way they do, it won't last long.

I think you're right....I give it 9 months....The libarals are harder to get rid of than an STD...LOL...Not that I would know....Ok...I'll shut up now.:o :p

My candidate won and I could not be happier.

Yes, my candidate won, and I am sure glad I voted because it was a very tight race in this riding. I believe she won by about 40 votes or so!

No my candidate didn't win either but she came darn close!;)

But a very important man who will do a lot to help this city has won in a different riding in Hamilton and I'm elated for him!:Pinkbounc :bounce:

We voted for Mike Menear in London West and he lost to that darn liberal I can't believe during campaining she would call and leave a voicemail message to vote for her. The problem is it wasn't even her calling it was a recorded message for her atleast call the people your self and leave a message not a recording telling us we should vote for you. Oh well hopefully we have another election in a short time after this Liberal GOV messes things up more and people finally see how silly it was to re elect them to power albeit a minority.
