Yes, celebrities are supplied with a VIP tour guide for the days they are at the parks. I don't know if they pay for them or not. We use one everytime we go to Disney and she has lots of stories about people she has shown around (sometimes using names, sometimes not). She NEVER bad mouths anyone using names, just has funny stories. She said depending on how "recongnizable" a celebrity is makes the call about if they use back entrances, etc. She said she has only had a few scary moments when people recognize her "guests".
