Hi Huckster, We already were members, so we will not hear from them. You should be able to contact the castaway club tell them your info and they should have you on file.

We will be on our third cruise Nov. of this year. Still haven't recieved a card but, our CC gifts were in our room on the last cruise.

You are a member as soon as you have sailed once and book another cruise whether you do that on board or a year or more later.

It took me calling several times to get our inital cards (even though my in-laws who sailed with us go theirs right away). When we finally did get them we got two sets!

As long as it is noted on the reservation you'll get your gifts and invite to the CC reception.

I've done 4 Disney cruises over the last 2 years, and still haven't received my card. My parents received theirs after last years cruise, and it came in a large envelope. I just called and got my CC number.
