Did You Play Disney's Online Instant Sweepstakes Game Today?

Did you look into your temporary internet files folder, to make sure that the cookies were deleted?
 
Also, I am not saying that this will work possitively regarding no longer having issues with playing. But rather that it might help. Just check to see whether or not the cookies were deleted.
 
Have you checked your spelling for your entry? Sometimes, information is case sensitive. Like with passwords for example.

Try this or similar, depending again, upon your particular computer.

Repeat these steps: Go to Tools, click on it, then click on Internet options Then click on settings-- click on view files-- click on edit-- then on select all--right click--then click on delete---- or--You can also click on Files then delete.

You may be asked if you want to delete all cookies, if so, click on yes. If you see cookies to begin with, then the first method did not work for whatever reason, I find that time and time again, with my computer, but then mine is old lol. So again, just look to see if they are still there, to begin with, then follow the above directions as best as possible ( Again, depending upon your particular computer )
 

Gisele, I appreciate your help. Sorry I disappeared for awhile. I had 3 kids to take care of today. I tried your tips with the cookies, but it still did not work when i went to the Disney site. I don't know what to do.:headache:
 
Hmm, interesting, and very annoying too, that you are still having problems.
It sounds like all of the cookies have been cleared. So that was not the issue. Maybe register your husband, and then see how it goes. I would just try again later too. I have not heard of anyone else having this problem. That is not to say though, that there might not be others that are having issues with the site as well. So far, I have not been able to find any kind of assistance for technical issues, on that site. If Disneyland's Guest Services is called, some one might be able to help you. One thing for sure, DGS'S has not been reliable so far for me, regarding my receiving the maps, that I had requested over 2 weeks ago, now. I was told, we will be getting those right out to you. Yeah, right! That is just annoying.
Have you tried using a different computer? You can always check to see what your privacy settings are too, for if it is placed very high, then there will be cookie issues too. As in, certain sites, will not be allowed access to one's computer. Thing is though, you have played in the past.

I give up! Yes, I tried my DH's laptop as well & it still did not work & just for the heck of it I tried your direct link as well. It still gives me the same message saying I already played today! How do I register again! It seems it won't let me do anything!:mad: Thanks for all your efforts!

Once registered, I would not think that one could register again. However, using a different email address, and mailing address, that might just work.
 
Now I must go and take a shower, before I am off to baby sit at my sister's house, so as to watch my 7 year old niece, and possibly 3 year old ankle biter as well. ;) he he! And the best of luck to you too, for babysitting 3 children! One or two is pretty much my speed. he he! Unless the children are perfectly behaved, otherwise :faint:
 
I don't have any problems with signing in daily. You do have to wait 24 hrs, or until after midnight to do it again. For instance, I'm in the Pacific Time Zone, this contest seems to be running on EST, so if I log in after 9 I have to wait 2 days to get in again.
It doesn't sound like you're clearing your cookies, I would try that again or maybe try to scan your system to make sure all is well.
 
Finally got it to work tonight with my DH help. :) He is much more comuter savvy than I am. Thanks for all the help & encouraging words! :worship:
