It sounds like all of the cookies have been cleared. So that was not the issue. Maybe register your husband, and then see how it goes. I would just try again later too. I have not heard of anyone else having this problem. That is not to say though, that there might not be others that are having issues with the site as well. One thing for sure, DGS'S has not been reliable so far for me, regarding my receiving the maps, that I had requested over 2 weeks ago, now. I was told, we will be getting those right out to you. Yeah, right! That is just annoying.
Have you tried using a different computer? You can always check to see what your privacy settings are too, for if it is placed very high, then there will be cookie issues too. As in, certain sites, will not be allowed access to one's computer. Thing is though, you have played in the past.
