Did you pay full direct price?

We paid full price for two GCV contracts because there were of course no incentives to be had on those and we wanted a specific amount and specific UY. It physically pained me to do this

I bought a small VDH contract last year with no incentives. I only wanted about 50 points (went with 55) and there are no incentives at that amount. The rest were definitely well below $200.

Same, although I bought 75. The incentives started at 125 points, and it was only $4 off at that level. It was $20 off at 150 points, but that would have doubled the amount of points I was planning to buy.

I was on property this past week and did my first sit down with a guide (I purchased a Saratoga resale contract last year.) I was very close to buying a 150 point Poly contract at $215 per point but I decided to pass. The guide then presented me with another option and I ended up buying 200 points at Saratoga for $180 per point without Magical Beginnings.

I'm happy with the deal.

We bought at VGF when it first went on sale in 2013 and I do not think that there was any incentives then but that was $150 or $145 a point at the time. I was so excited for VGF I was paying more attention to buying there then the PPP. As for over $200 we did just recently add on at CCR for a small 75 pt contract in 2023 with no incentives for our DD. She wanted them for her senior trip with her BFF and we had just added on twice to VGF2 so we just made the call to go direct instead of battling to find a small contract with our UY. We have Sept and that seems to be very difficult to find. We are talking about adding another 50 at CCR so I will watch resale for awhile but if we cant find something in our range by June when we go for our big trip I may do another small direct add on but we will have to see what the resale market offers us.
