Hi we will be in Disney August 12-19. Just got off the weather.com website and most days it states there are 40% chance of rain. Has it been raining alot in Disney these past few days?

not a lot of rain but it's common to have afternoon thunderstorms. Just bring rain ponchos and enjoy your trip

I was there last weekend for 4 days. They had to close down the AKL pool every afternoon for a bit because of lightening, but I think it only actually rained one out of the four days we were there, and only for an hour or so...

Typical Florida weather this time of year. It is normal to get a thunderstorm in the afternoon. It does not last long. It cools things down a bit. Make sure to look for a rainbow!

Being out in the rain in the Florida heat feels good. Last year they gave a 40% chance of rain every day and we had one 20 minute storm. Enjoy your trip and don't worry about the rain!
