I have the same color blue eyes as my Dad.

My Mom and 2 sisters have brown.

I got both my parents eye colors-brown. DH has grey/green eyes and somehow, DS ended up with bright blue eyes. Everyone reminds me that my son looks nothing like me. How thoughtful of them.

Everybody in my family including the people who have married into my family have blue eyes. So the family joke is if a brown eyed baby ever shows up, someone's in trouble!!!!!
Mine are more grey, my brothers are so bright they almost look like those fake blue contacts. My kids are both pretty bright blue.
