Did you feel safe in Mexico?

We go to both Cabo and Puerto Vallarta regularly. Take local buses, walk around at night. I feel much safer in Mexico than in some places in the US. The Mexican people are polite and kind. Just smile and be nice and you will be greatly rewarded with their sweet smiles.

Never been to Mexico on a cruise, but as someone who has travelled to various locations in Mexico and has a ton of family who lives there, I have never felt unsafe
