Did you ever meet someone at the world....

We have a had a few.

In 03 we were walking through AK and saw a family we knew from school. This was my DS's first year in school so we didnt know them too well, just stopped to say hi and chat for a bit. As it has turned out, my DS and this kid have become good friends and we know the parents really well now too.

In 06, again at AK we were walking to FOTLK, and saw another family we know from school, with a kid in each of my kids classes. Both times we had no idea the other family was going to be there.

Lastly on another trip in 06, we knew a kid in my DS's class was going to be there but we didnt make any plans to meet up. One night the kids went to Camp Dolphin and the kid from school was in there.

I actually live in the same town as a PP, but I've never seen her in WDW. ;o)
My husband has lived here his whole life and he sees people ALL the time in WDW.
A few:
Once we were checking into POFQ around midnight and who walks through the lobby but our next door neighbors.

He saw an old HS classmate on line(in line for you non NJ folks ;o) at Splash Mountain.

He had his Fire Dept sweatshirt on once while on line at Main St. Bakery and someone was like hey we live the next town over-we're from New Milford-which is where I grew up.

Our server at the counter service place at Blizzard Beach was from our town.

At Comedy warehouse(RIP) he was the one who got the phone call in the audience and when he answered the CM's question abotu where he was from someone in the audience yelled WALLEY'S!! which was a bar here.

Finally this past October we were at MNSSHP and he says I could swear that was ____ from high school.
So a couple weeks ago they end up connecting on Facebook and he says-were you by any chance at the Magic Kingdom on Oct. 21st with a big group of peole all wearing orange shirts?
Yup-that was her, she lives in FL now and goes all the time. She's like why didn;t you come and say hi?? But they had walked past and he wasn't positive it was her at the time. Funny!
