Did you ever hear of a performer called Bubble Nicholas?

I was watching a Disney special from 1997 on Youtube today that was hosted by Caroline Rhea and during the special I saw a performer named Bubble Nicholas and I was wondering if anyone remembers seeing him in World Showcase? Bubble Nicholas was a mime in a bubble who would dance and from what I watched of this guy he's really talented and was wonderful interacting with Caroline Rhea. Where is Bubble Nicholas now? Does he still perform shows in World Showcase today?
