Did Ya Miss Me??????

Well things have been extremely challenging around here lately. Needless to say we moved to a smaller place and have turned our lives upside down, DH was hired at a new place and will start in a week or so, Things are finally looking up although we are still having some major snags with the phone being hooked up I have been able to get back online to the DIS. I have been lurking for a few days since working full time and coming home to clean has me exhausted as can be expected. Dorian is taking the new move well and he started school fri. He is not very happy about the new school and I am not very happy about it being 1/2 day Kindergarten but not much we can do. I am currently looking for a daycare so I can continue to work full time but something tells me that I won't be able to for much longer. If daycare is as exspensive as I imagine and heard it wouldn't be worth me working since I would work and the pay would just cover the day care. I have to work out the figures first but they aren't looking good. I actually like my job alot and I have met some real nice people. DH is home for now and unpacking as much as he can. The place we live now is within walking distance to everything but a Grocery store. There are about 4 antique stores around the corner from me. We have walked to the pizza place and diner for dinner and there are a bunch of small stores to explore once I get some free time. All in all it is finally looking like everything will be alright. You can't imagine what a relief it has been to not have to worry about the heat or the water. Everything is included in the new places rent and it is 300 $ cheaper than the last one. Although it is so much smaller. Well I am not sure if I missed any info. I hope all is well here and I will try to catch up as soon as I can. Thanks to all for the support in this rough time. Denise, I was just thinking about you yesterday and was hoping all was well with you. Glad to hear you have a new place (even though smaller) and good luck to your DH in his new job!

I hope things work out with Dorian with his schooling & day care as well as with you and how it will affect your job. Sounds like an awful lot of change, but I wish you the best. I hope to see you around here more again {{hugs}}
