Did we miss a dream?

My family was at EPCOT on Thursday Aug 7, and as we were heading to the Photo Center near the front gates, a Cast Member approached our family and asked "What's letter of the alphabet does a pirate learn first?!" We all shouted "RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR" (Argh) and he smiled and then said "And what letter does he learn next?" and we paused... and i was going through the alphabet and totally missed "I" (Aye) and he smiled and walked away..

He was holding envelopes in his hand at the time.. did we miss out on a dream or something cool?

(Other then that one experience we didn't even SEE a Dream Team member the entire 7 days we were at the park!!!)

I know some cast members do just go around and talk to people, and a few years ago my ex boyfriend's father spent almost a half hour exchanging silly jokes with a CM. So I'm not sure if you actually missed out on anything by not getting the second answer right away.

im fairly sure there are no test questions. so no i dont think you did. he was probably just having fun with you.

When the year of a million dreams first started, we were in Epcot and spotted one of the Dream givers....so we followed him around. When we realized, nothing was going to happen soon, we left him (our son was 4 y.o and could only be held off for so long). Later that day, we spotted him again so we had Max say Hello to him....we all had a nice conversation, and Max had his picture taken with him, got his autograph, we showed him all the others we had gotten, and he said goodbye... ....so I guess, they only give out the goods when they are supposed to.

Because it is a sweepstakes, they have strict rules about giving away prizes. They are told precisely when, where and who. Such as: Give this to the 10th person who exits the Peter Pan ride after 2pm.

You can receive a magical moment pretty much from anyone at any time. They could give you stickers, a certificate, an extra dessert, etc.

We were at Mk in July and met a really cool Dream Teamer named Jessica
It was raining and we were eating Dole Whips (with our ponchos on in the rain) and she approached us. She talked to my DS5 and DS8 for about a half hr
Sprinkled them with Pixie dust, gave them some pirate treasure and then she was off. We figured she was just hanging our waiting for her next instructions
