Did they complete the hotel remodeling next to Royal Plaza?

For the past few years, the old Holiday Inn (Howard Johnson) was left unfinished. Have they completed the remodeling or is it in the same empty state?

I was down at Disney at couple of weekends ago and it still looked unfinished.

Does anybody know anything about it? Is there another post somewhere that details whats going on with it?

They have taken off the front of the hotel where the dining room used to be. They are actually working on it now. They are building something to the left of the building. It sat for months with nothing being done.

I believe it is going to be a Holiday Inn. I read somewhere that it is going to open in September 2009.
