I know that their flight was cancelled out of Charlotte yesterday due to weather conditions.

Yep, they are there. We had several pages of coverage about their trip, the hotel, etc. in the Observer today. They had to deice the wings, but then their charter took off.

It's weird here in NC because of the bad weather. A lot of our local sportscasters can't get to Houston. One reported at 6:00 from the Atlanta airport! He was hoping his 8:30 flight out of Atlanta wasn't cancelled.

We are suppose to get freezing rain anytime now. We are holding our breath that the power doesn't go out.
