Did Target eliminate their 5% discount on other gift cards?

Sorry if this has been covered... I am not finding anything specific when I search.

Does anyone know whether Target stopped giving the 5% Red Card discount on other gift cards such as Starbucks or iTunes? I have not bought any in awhile but my sister was asking because she just bought some and doesn't think (I have not seen the receipt) she got a discount on them with her Red Card.

The 5% discount doesn't work on all gift cards, it only works on the ones coded as entertainment cards (or something like that).

I also bought Starbucks GCs at Target last week and received the 5% discount!!!

It definitely still works on some cards. I got 5% off Disney cards today.

You still get the 5% off for REDcards. You do not get the RxRewards discount anymore though. They also stopped letting us use our 10% Team Member discount on giftcards with no warning.

I bought a Southwest card yesterday (online) and it gave me the 5% off.
