did target change the 5% on GC

I just got back from getting 4 10$ target GC

one for each grandchild

when I got home I realized I didnt get the 5% for using my red card

is this something new--I hope we still get it on DGC

Target never gave 5% off on their own gift cards.

forgot to add I called 3 different target stores and after a long pause all the phone did was beep

The only time Target does a percentage off their own branded gift cards is usually on the Saturday or Sunday the weekend after Black Friday / cyber Monday. It's typically a 10% discount on up to $300 of gift cards.
