Can't remember anyone ever using the word "crazy" when referring to
Walt Disney. I watched "the original" Mickey Mouse Club faithfully and ever Sunday night we'd sit and listen to Walt sit on his desk and talk about "stuff" on was it the Walt Disney Show at first, I know later at least for me, it was the Wonderful World of Disney. Never missed it.
Personally, I think that the company, while still having to be productive, has kept his ideals, dreams, and quality in pretty good tact. Of course things would not be exactly as they would be if he were living. No two people would do the same two thing alike, but again, I think his vision is still there. A place for children of all ages to go to be in a wonderful world to "get away" from reality, if only for a few hours.
