Did on line check in but..........

So I just did on line check in for my end of May trip. I put it in 3 times because it still showed that I didn't do it. I received 3 emails from Disney stating that someone made a change to my reservation so I know they got the info. However, it still shows that I can start the check in process. Is there a problem with on line check in or does it take a day to update?

It's been being exceptionally glitchy lately. It normally doesn't take a day to update.
 
Had the same problem for our end of May trip. Had to call IT to get it straightened out....which has resulted in the disappearance of three magic bands...but I’m hopeful it will all come together in the end! For what it’s worth, the IT guy had me open MDE in an incognito window to check for accuracy, and that’s where I finally saw the fix (and the missing magic bands, lol).
