I haven't heard the specifics...
If the boy has been traumatized and has required medical/psychiatric care... AND, if SeaWorld has not pro-actively made the decision to negotiate with the family about reasonable compensation... Maybe I could understand.
If the family is looking for a multi-million dollar judgement... WELL, ummm, Good Luck With That!![]()
I agree. My first thought was it was ridiculous, but if the child is suffering PTSD from the incident, the therapy bills could be really high.
