Did National Move the Rental Pickup Location

I heard that part of the FAA requirements were that MCO had to close all garages attached to the airport. As many of you know, on the ground floor of these garages are National, avis, budget, Dollar etc. That' where you pick up the cars. Did they close these locations? Or did they just close the parking areas above?

Anyone have any idea?

National is in the same place. The parking for patrons in the garages is still the same except for roped off spaces to allow for the minimum set back from the terminal.
