I'm not sure but I think they have changed the e-mail response time. I thought that when you sent an e-mail the first response you got said they would get back to you with an answer in "2 working days". The e-mail I sent the other day received a reply indicating "3 working days". Is that a change? Or, is my memory going and it wasn't 2 days in the past?

I thought I remembered 2 days too....but I haven't used e-mail that many times.

Speaking as someone who has customer service as part of my job, I can tell you that you never go backwards in service...you always improve it.

Or maybe Pam & I just have faulty memories?

Newbie, here - can't say what it used to be, but when I emailed MS in June it was "three days".

I e-mailed MS two weeks ago. I promptly received an e-mail back saying that they received my e-mail and will respond within 3 days. And they did respond bright and early on the third day. Maybe email volume is picking up.

I think a lot depends on the context of your original E-mail as to how long it will take to answer. My guess is DVC now says 3-days to cover themselves.

My e-mails have always been simple ones and I can't ever remember having to wait more than 1-day for a response.
