I know that the County employees here in my town were off. I believe that the State employees were off, but I can't be certain. The States Park and Wildlife department is located in town, so we have quite a few state employees.

I think state buildings were closed, but I don't know if that means every state employee was off work The closings were confusing: no mail, but the banks were open, the libraries were closed, liquor stores were open
