I saw a link with that title on The Dis FB page. But, the link was only for the restaurant, not an article. I wanted to find more info about it as well, as we are going in April!

Am also interested in this! Having breakfast at BOG would give more choices. Wonder if this will be a QS or Table service on the dining plan?

Yes, there is a prevailing rumor that BoG will start serving breakfast sometime in 2015. No confirmation yet and no further info (no menu, no info on whether or not it will be CS or TS or have characters or anything like that)
