Did I pick good character dining/dinning ?

I am attending these restaurants during my stay at Disney Jan 27-Feb 3.

I am wondering what your experiences were at these ones and if I chose the right restaurants.

1.) DAY 1 TUSKER Char breakfast - Animal Kingdom 8:00 am

2.) Day 2 - BOMA - Animal Kingdom Lodge - (i'll do the lodge tour after breakfast and view the wildlife viewing platform)

3.) Day 3- EPCOT - DINNER LES CHEFS DE FRANCE (French restaurant - 8:30 for Illuminations - window seat)

4.) Day 4- HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS - Char breakfast 1900 Park Fare - Lunch @ Mamma Melroses Italian Cucinata

5.) Day 5 - Crystal Palace - Magic Kingdom Char Breakfast

Also at Amway Arena, what are some of the best places to eat or best snack stands I should check out? I'll be in 203, row 3 seat 1 for Orlando Vs Indiana near the Ozone.

I think your choices of restaurants are just fine! I hope you enjoy them very much. However: regarding your dinner plans for Les Chefs de France- DO NOT get your heart set on a window seating. Views of Illuminations are only available at a few tables and have a restricted view. If you are going primarily for the food, then that's fine. If you really, really want an unrestricted view of Illuminations, and won't have a chance to see it on another night, then you might want to change the ADR to an earlier time so you can eat and then proceed outside to see the show.

Great choices for character breakfasts. Tusker House is my favourite (I love the ham, basmati rice, tater tots, and Krispy Kremedonuts), followed by Crystal Palace (puffed french toast-yum). We ate at Boma for the first time in October and all enjoyed it, the goat cheese scrambled eggs were yummy!
We ate at 1900 Park Fare on our first trip and it was good too! Haven't eaten at Les Chef's de France yet. Have fun!
