Well. I did exercise. I am so excited. Treadmiill and Taebo. Very proud of myself
 
Anyone can start the exercise thread, just put the date in your subject post that way everyone knows what day it goes with.

I exercised today, I did a brisk 10 minute walk at lunch time, a bit shorter than usual but I had errands to run. This evening I did the 3 mile WATP tape. I have not done the 3 mile tape for about a week, and boy did I feel it!

Thanks for starting the thread. I thought I missed it too!

I got home late from work (7:45pm) and found my one of my daughters had a really bad day. My DH was so sad because he couldn't seem to help her, so I spent a while with her settling things. By the time I hit the treadmill it was 8:45pm. I really wanted to bag it tonight, but now I am glad I didn't. DId 2 1/2 miles instead of three and ended at 40 minutes instead of 50 or so that I usually can do, but I was just too tired. Finished with the 100 crunches and weights for my legs.

I walked for 30 minutes outside again. I really will be sad if/when the weather gets cooler again.

2 mile WATP video. After unintentionally not exercising for 2 days, I sure needed it! :eek:
 
I didn't have to be at work till 11 today, so I walked for about an hour in the mall.

One of the best things about working at the mall is the built in walking trail for 2 hours before the mall opens. :)

Got outside yesterday for 1/2hr walk in the morn before work. Clocked 13,000 steps on the pedometer.
 
I got my workout in! 35 mins on the TM, with 20 of that running!
I also did 35 mins on the EFX! WOO HOO!!!!! But I am soooo puffy today. :( :confused: I should go again this AM but I will go this afternoon with DS, so he can show me how to use the Cybex Machines. I want to get rid of my disproportionately flabby arms. ::yes::

I worked out at the gym on Monday - 30 min on stationary bike, 21 min on treadmill, then 1 1/2 hrs w/ trainer (doing machines, crunches, lunges, etc).
 
Two workouts for me on Monday, jogging in the morning (2.8 miles in 35 minutes) and Curves after work. :teeth:

Got measured for the Food for Friends challenge. Anyone else's Curves doing this?
 
BethR, I saw that challenge at my Curves as well! I was thinking about doing it, but I didn't realize I had to get measured specifically for it. I'll have to check on that tomorrow. Thanks!
 
We are having such beautiful weather so my husband and I walked 2 miles today outside.

I did! 45 Minutes of the olderest version of Tae-Bo with Billy Blanks (who I have come to think that I know personally, we've done alot of workouts together, but I'm still wondering why it is that everytime we get together, we have the same conversation? Me- "I'm tired Billy!" just as Billy says "I like what you're doing right now don't stop!") lol ;)
