Ok so I saw the news about price increases and the suggestion to buy through undercover tourist. I did that and saved a little bit of money. i think...- this is all so confusing!
Here is my dilemma. I had booked a reservation on disney.com with a meal plan/room/and tickets and paid the 200 reservation fee. I was thinking that this is editable and I could link my tickets through undercover tourist where i just bought the others.. Now I am not so sure.
I don't want to do the dining plan anymore based on what i read and found a better deal on my tickets from undercover tourist but I am still unclear.
I do see where you can link your tickets on my disney experience, is that all i need to do?
I hope this even makes sense.

You just link the tickets through MDE. However, if you no longer want the package, I'm pretty sure you'll need to call to cancel it and then you'll need to book a room-only reservation.

They are reputable, tax and fees In the quoted price..I believe disney quotes before tax, they are actual disney tickets and all work the same ..you will link them through mde. You wont have a package anymore so ressie will need update. the meal plan is never a good deal for me and ala carte room only is the way I go

You'll need to call Reservations and cancel your package and change to a room-only reservation.

This is my thinking as well. From what I read it may be convenient but not worth it financially. I was hoping for free dinging but the hoops you have to jump through make it a pain. I am hoping to get a room discount instead. We are going to be there from 9/17-9/22.
