Did Disney update the Grand Floridian?

The Grand Floridian looks different to me. I just can’t put my finger on it.

Not sure what you might be seeing. VGF is due for a 'Soft-goods" refurb this year and I do not know if that has already started, so there could be some changes in the rooms, although a soft-goods refurb would not include major changes like changing to the combined pull-down Murphy queen over the couch.

The GF/VGF resort area itself has at least one major change as there is now a walkway to MK. Another major change is coming, as one of the GF buildings is being converted to a DVC building with 200 new studios, but that construction has not started yet.
