Did CRO mess up AGAIN or am I paranoid?

When I originally made my resort ressies, I requested Castle View, smoking room and king bed. We decided we do not want a smoking room or a king bed, so I called about 3 weeks ago to remove those two requests...it should now be a request only for Castle View. I got another confirmation and neither one of those requests had been removed. So, I called again and the CM "made sure" that those two requests were deleted. I received another confirmation yesterday...the smoking room has been removed, but the king bed has not. Do I need to call back again or has their system just not updated, yet? I don't want to drive them crazy, but I also want it right.

I would call to make sure your room requests are on file and you have the right confirmation. During my trip planning I called WDW CRO probably dozens of times, between ADRs and package ressies :)

It's one of the reasons that they charge so much for rooms, so since you're paying for you might as well take advantage of the service they offer!
