Did BRP rules change?

I tried to book another ressie on the BR website this morning. I needed a reservation for my daughter's family which coincided with my stay. I got a message that there were "duplicate names" on the reservation and I was not allowed to book. The only duplicate was mine as the passholder.

I thought you could book up to three ressies and were then supposed to call and change the names?? What did I do wrong? HELP!!!
