Did anyone see the new EBay fees?

I got an Email saying that as of 2-18, the fees are changing. Gallery items are going up, buy it nows are going up (according to the price) and the most important the Ebay fee of 5.25% is going up to 8%?????? How can they justify that kind of an increase? This will really cut down on my Ebay sales. I have emailed them regarding this, I'm sure it won't do any good.

The ending fees increase is only for people using an Ebay Store..regular auction format it isnt going up...not sure if you have a store or not..

Is that true? That isn't how I read the email. But I deleted it now and can't go back to see what it says.
