25% off a future cruise even if you didn't travel on the 1st one?
To make a long story short-we were suppose to sail on Sept. 5th. They closed the airports, couldn't fly in and had to cancel. I asked when I cancelled if they were still going to offer the 25% off a future cruise, they told me not unless I was able to make the cruise.
Well, lo and behold, yesterday in the mail I received a letter stating I am entitled to 25% off a future cruise. WOO HOO!
Has anyone else encountered this situation? I'd rather not make DCL aware of their mistake since the date I rebooked to is $300 more then what I paid already.
