Did Anyone Order Their Tickets From Ticketmania When The Newsletter Came Out?

When the 2/15 Mousesavers newsletter came out I ordered my MYW tickets from Ticketmania on 2/16. I received one reply from them through email stating they received my order and it was pending review. I haven't gotten a 2nd email yet stating that they had shipped. I contacted them by email and got no response, so I called them and the person I spoke with said he'd check into it. Friday, March 4th will be the 12th business day since I ordered the tickets.

Has anyone ever gotten a 2nd email from Ticketmania stating that their tickets had shipped?

My credit card was charged and before I pay the bill I'd like to have the tickets in hand.

Anyone else experience this?
 
I ordered on the same day as the Mousesavers newsletter arrived, and my tickets arrived yesterday. :cool1: My confirmation email arrived about a day after I ordered, and the shipment email arrived a few days later. Perhaps they were having technical difficulties due to high sales volume from the newsletter. :confused3 You may want to also check your spam filter on your email. Perhaps the Ticketmania email was misdirected to your spam messages.
 
You might want to call them directly. I had ordered tickets from them (online) the day before I recieved the newsletter, it figured! So I called them to ask if I could still recieve the discount. Well, after a little confusion (not much to speak of) and a couple of emails, I was credited back $14 (which should have been $19) and the following week I got my tickets and $5 cash in the envelope!

Ok weird story here . . .after emailing them a 2nd time this morning, they wrote back stating that they did send another email and they forwarded the email sent to me stating that my tickets would be shipping out on March 1st (today) and I should receive them no later than March 8th and to allow 4 extra days for international delivery? Ummmmmm I am not located outside the USA . . .? So I wrote back and resubmitted my address to make sure it was going to the right location.

I think my order just got lost in the shuffle.
