I am trying to find out how bad the Pop Warner week was for this past Dec. Was it bad at the parks all week? Worse at the beginning of the week? Worse at 1 park vs another park?
If anyone could help out, that would be wonderful!!

AS long as you avoid any of the values and some of the mods you should be ok. We were there 05 and the parks were not too bad. More busy than when we go in Jan but a fair trade off you the Christmas stuff going on. We were at the WL and had no issues there at all but the bus lines for the values were horrible all week.

We've been twice during this week - once in 2004- and then again in 2006. Never noticed them in 2004, but this year was different. They were everywhere.. and while the majority of them seemed to be okay, there were several groups that were just, well annoying and disrespectful. There are many people on here that had really bad situations with them. You may try looking on the Theme Parks and Attractions board for more info on this. I'd avoid this week if you could.

I agree with HollyJoy - We were there during that week this year and I would not do it again if I could help it. We stayed at Pop Century and saw very little of them at the resort or on the buses. The parks however were a different story - we had several days where we encountered cheerleading groups with the girls walking 5+ abreast and not moving for anyone or anything, bullying their way out of shows etc. What I found most annoying was the cheering while we were in line - drowning out the music etc that Disney had going on - and to make it worse the adult "chaperones" often started the girls off cheering!:headache: We have been to WDW 4 times since 2001 and this was the worst experience we have ever had in the parks

When is it this year?
We were there this past Dec and I didn't notice them.

They were coming in on our last park day last year and I noticed a huge difference in the park crowds. Luckily we were leaving and didnt have to deal with the boost in numbers and unruly behavior I have heard about on these boards. I would not go during that week if you can avoid it.

We ran into them in 2004. No problems, except MK was mobbed one day. We ended spending most of our vacation at the other parks (and later found out that MK wasn't mobbed later in the week). Too bad that this event falls when it does, because it used to be my all-time favorite time to go to WDW!!

We were there the first few days this year. Some of the groups were annoying, cheering in lines, cheering in the streets (and full blast cheer volume), cheering in rides and walking in large groups so you have to get out of their way-they don't move. We stayed at the YC so not a problem at the hotel. But at the parks they were a problem sometime. They didn't ruin my trip but, they do take away some of the "magic".

We didn't have any problems with them being rude or overly loud. However, there were just too many of them which made things very crowded. It's not just the kids either they bring their families with them which just makes for even more people. Everything by my standards was very busy especially DTD. I mean "hard to find a parking spot" busy before noon on a weekday. We will be advoiding this week from now on.

We were there with them this year as well, and when we booked for 2007 we decided to go a week later. We encountered the kids mostly in the late afternoon and evening, at times they were unsupervised and a bit pushy with the little ones in line. My DDs stayed very close to us so they didn't get pushed out of the way. They are apparently going to be there Dec. 1 or 2 thru the 8th. We should check in as they are leaving.

We were there. It was busy. Didn't have any problems with out and out rudeness...just lots and lots of kids, most noticeably the cheer squads. They were a little noisy and talked a LOT, and we heard LOTS of cheers. Hated to be right next to them in ride queues, but overall not a problem.
