I had a message on my voicemail from WDW concerning our Fantasmic Dinner Package, with a message to call them back. We did, but it was a voicemail service saying that if were calling back about such a call, to leave our info and they would try us again.

Does anyone know what this might be about? We have a ressie for Dec. 23rd and I sure hope that it's not a call that it's been canceled or something.

Oh how aggravating to not know why they called you! Sorry I can't help--I have been trying to get a Fantasmic package reservation for that week, so when they call you back, please let us know what it's about!

I wish you well with getting a ressie. I'll post what the call was about once I know something.

Disney called us back and the call was because our ressie is for the 7 o'clock show which has been moved to 6:30 and they wanted us to be aware of that, and to know that we could arrive earlier for our dining reservation to make sure we made it to the show on time. At least it wasn't bad news. So, that's the scoop. :goodvibes

I got called. We have a Fantasmic Dinner Package at H&V on 12/20 at 4:40pm. They said that when we made the ADR, Fantasmic was scheduled for 7:30pm, and now they moved it to 6:30pm, and added another one at 8pm. Which means we might not have enough time to make it for 6:30. The CM said to go to Guest Relations and they'll give us a pass for the 8pm show, and at H&V they'll give us one for the 6:30 show, and we can go to any one we want. She also said that we don't have to wait till after dinner to go to Guest Relations, and can pick it up earlier in the day.

HTH :)

Good. You'll get to see the show either way. We want to try and make the earlier show.

Mystery solved! Thanks for posting.

Yes, it is solved! No problem on getting back with the response. :thumbsup2

We also got the call. She said she would help us change our dining time, but I decided to leave it at 4:20. After dinner she suggested that we take in the Osbourne Family Lights. It sounds like a good plan to me.
