Did anyone else get the Disney Rewards survey?

Just got an email asking for my opinion on the Disney Visa Rewards program. I emailed Bank One a few weeks ago complaining about the lack of discounts for Disney Visa cardmembers. Now I get a survey. Be assured, I listed my wishes for more discounts...and more often!!

The email said they were sending it to a select few cardmembers. Please, if you get the survey, complete it and let them know WE WANT MORE!!

I just posted the same thing on the community board...
I even told them I just got a 5% cash back card in the mail and was going to switch to that if the beni's didn't get better

DH and I were sad because there were not any "rewards" when we got our cards. We have been seeing 50.00 credits, watches etc for incentives to get the card.......where were they when we got ours? I even called and asked if we could purchase the watch but was told No it was only offered to people who were applying for the card. We had the old Disney charge and we sort fo feel used that we got our card so quick when they came out.

I don't understand why people expect discounts from a Credit Card. I have never had a credit card that give me dicounts on anything.

I have reciently gotten a CitiBank Dividends card that I am using for Grocery's and Gas because it gives 5% on those. I am continuing to use the Disney Card for the 1% on everythinge else, since the Citi Bank Card only gives 1% also.

Remember that you only get the 5% on grocery, drug and gas. All other purchases are the same 1% that you get from Bank One. I am really likely how much faster the rewards add up with that 5% vs the 1%. In both cases that money will go towards Disney vacations. Upgrades to AP's for Disneyland when we go in July and a tentative WDW trip in June 07.
