did anyone buy the gift card from subway at savemore.com

I bought the $10 gift card from subway at savemore.com for $5. I am trying to redeem the voucher. It says shop at the company website which I would assume is subway.com. There is no where to put in the voucher number and I have been on hold with savemore for over 15 minutes (and emailed them last week). Can anyone here help me? I wish I didn't buy it because you also have to pay for shipping of $2.20 which really doesn't give you any kind of bargain, just a headache.

We bought 3 (me, my mom, & sister). I "redeemed" them last week by putting our address in. I am hoping they get here soon--I didn't read anything about the $2 shipping charge, if that's the case it is NOT a good deal. I'll probably give them a call later too...

Sorry to say, but I ended up contacting my credit card company concerning this company. I was lucky enough to get a CVS gift voucher from them so I thought that they might be legitimate.

BUT...

I bought the Boston Market gift card back in late October, waited the week for a voucher to become active so that I could redeem it. And then I waited and waited and waited for the gift card, which was supposed to be shipped within 5 business days of redemption.

They don't answer emails. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail or else disconnects you. You cannot reach a live person. If you try to ask them about it on Facebook or their "discussion" forums on their website, your comments are removed.

Stay FAR, FAR AWAY from this company!​

There should be a link on the voucher to the PleaseRedeemMe.com website. That is where you put in your voucher #.

I have had many issues with Save More. The gift cards I have ordered have been fine and I have gotten them quickly but other deals I have had issues redeeming the voucher codes or in the case of the remote control helicopter and submarine I ordered I have been waiting for over a month for the item to be shipped to me.

I have had luck contacting them via email though so try that.

You have to click on the link of the email that they sent you and then put in your voucher number. I've never had any problems with this site, but many have so it's really buyer beware.

I just bought the subway the other day and redeemed it a second ago, just asked for my address and said I should have it within 5-10 days.

CVS I can't redeem yet. Chili's I printed out the other day from last month.

I also bought the slap watch deal and have been waiting forever for the company to ship. Emailed 5 times and they keep saying it's backordered. I think the company didn't realize how many Savemore would sell, and are realizing now that they are probably losing money on the deals.

I also went to the subway site after getting the email that my offer was ready, and the code wouldn't work. so I returned to the savemore website and saw under my deals there was a spot to click to redeem offer. After clicking I verified address and submitted. I does say it takes 5 business days and on my account it said it was redeemed on 11/10 so I will let you know if I get it by thursday. I did online chat with them, which I was on hold for about 35min before someone connected, because I have a $5 credit and I wanted to use it for the subway card. Apparently you can not use credit on gift cards only items.

I just posted twice on the Auto Zone msg board regarding the $2.20 for shipping the Subway card. Here is the response I rec'd:

Thank you for this post! I had forgot that I purchased one of the subway gift cards. I assumed you automatically got the card mailed to you. I have an email from savemore on 11-1 when I purchased the card but there is no voucher number anywhere on the email. It is just a referral email thanking me for the purchase and if I refer anyone who purchases the item also then I get $10. Was there another email that I should have received?

I purchased the subway gift card also. First I went to my account and redeemed the voucher. Then a few days later I got an email saying to go to the subway site and redeem. Well I could not figure out how to redeem, so I called the savemore company. They said that the vouchers were sent in error. That you just redeem the subway card on the savemore account and they will mail them directly to you. Hope this helps!

I just did some research on them. They you a proxy for their domain registration, so it is not possible to find out where in the world they are located. And other than an 800 number or e-mail I could not find any way to contact them, so again there is no way to find out where they are actually headquartered.

I would never do business with them.

Actually I just got the watches AND the water bottles on Friday. Of course this was after several emails to both companies and going through the BBB.

Never got the waterbottles OR the Subway card. Stay away from this company!!!
